Today is Sunday I think, they're merging together a bit now though through a succession of cycling, meeting, greeting, eating, drinking and sleeping .... Yawn... Oh and breakfast... I'll do that now.

Bacon sounds good, and probably protein is necesary ? Umm... might be unforgivably dim here...looking for enlightenment on hash harriers ?? Am I the only one still wondering at this (quite likely!) Keep pedalling and snapping... The bhf are lucky to have you on side !
